CONCENTRATIONS	NOTE E: CONCENTRATIONS The Company maintains its cash balances at financial institutions that participate in the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s Transaction Account Guarantee Program which insures depositors up to $250,000. At June 30, 2024, the Company has not experienced losses with respect to its bank balances in excess of government provided insurance. Management believes that no significant concentration of credit risk exists with respect to these cash balances at June 30, 2024.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
