Segment Reporting Disclosure [Text Block]	8.             SEGMENT INFORMATION The Company has determined that its continuing operations are one discrete segment consisting of Biometric products. Geographically, North American sales accounted for approximately 82% and 100% of the Company’s total sales for the three months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively, and were approximately 51% and 95% of the Company’s total sales for the nine months ended September 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively.
