Segment Reporting Disclosure [Text Block]	7.              SEGMENT INFORMATION The Company has determined that its continuing operations are one discrete segment consisting of Biometric products. Geographically, North American sales accounted for approximately 86% and 68% of the Company’s total sales for the three months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively, and were approximately 94% and 41% of the Company’s total sales for the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
