Commitments and Contingencies Disclosure [Text Block]	10. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES The Company has taken steps to resolve litigation filed against it. A suit was filed against the Company in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas alleging that the Company infringed on one or more U.S. Patents. The Company has made progress towards a settlement but the amount of any such settlement is still subject to negotiation and can not be determined at this time. The settlement should result in a dismissal of all claims asserted in the litigation (both against and by the Company) with prejudice. The Company expects that the negotiated settlement and the dismissal of all claims will occur in the fourth quarter of 2012.
