Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE R—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has reviewed subsequent events through the date of this filing. On or about March 13, 2014, LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. filed a lawsuit against the Company in the Superior Court of Monmouth County, New Jersey based on an alleged breach of a license agreement seeking return of all amounts paid under the license in the amount of $718,500. The Company has not been formally served and intends to vigorously defend the action and pursue all available counterclaims.
