CONTINGENCY


On or about March 13, 2014, LifeSouth Community Blood Centers, Inc. (“LifeSouth”) filed a lawsuit against the Company in the Superior Court of Monmouth County, New Jersey based on an alleged breach of a license agreement seeking return of all amounts paid under the license in the amount of $718,500. The Company has denied all claims and commenced a counterclaim against LifeSouth for non-payment of support and maintenance service fees. Discovery has commenced and is proceeding.
