Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE S —SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On March 21, 2019, the Company issued 12,716  shares of common stock to its directors in payment of board and committee fees.   On March 21, 2019, the Company issued options to purchase 235,334 shares of the Company’s common stock to certain officers, employees, and contractors. The options have a three year vesting period, seven year term, and exercise price of $1.18.   On March 28, 2019, the Company issued 1,104 shares of common stock to its directors in payment of committee fees. The Company has reviewed subsequent events through the date of this filing.
