INVESTMENT
 
During
2019,
the Company purchased a
4,000,000
Hong Kong dollar denominated Bond Certificate with a financial institution in Hong Kong. The Bond Certificate translates to
$512,821
U.S. Dollars as of
March 31, 2020
and
December 31, 
2019.
The bond has a
one
-year maturity maturing in
June 2020,
and
5%
interest rate. The Company can invest up to a
20,000,000
Hong Kong dollars under the terms of the certificate.  The bond is recorded on the balance sheet as an investment – non-marketable security. The investment is recorded at amortized cost which approximates fair value, and is currently planned to be held to maturity.
