SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 10, 2022, the Company issued 12,590 shares of common stock to its directors in payment of board meeting and committee meeting fees. All the shares were issued at $1.43 the closing price on November 10, 2022, as reported on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company has reviewed subsequent events through the date of this filing.
