Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE V—SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 4, 2024, the Company issued 347,000 shares of common stock upon the exercise of prefunded warrants. On January 5, 2024, the Company issued 142,000 shares of common stock upon the exercise of prefunded warrants.               On January 12, 2024, the Company issued 158,000 shares of common stock upon the exercise of prefunded warrants.               On February 15, 2024, 243 shares of restricted common stock were forfeited by employees who left the Company before the lapse of the restriction period applicable to such shares. On March 21, 2024, 73 shares of restricted common stock were forfeited by employees who left the Company before the lapse of the restriction period applicable to such shares. On March 27, 2024, the Company issued 4,287 shares of common stock to its directors in payment of board fees. On May 6, 2024, 186 shares of restricted common stock were forfeited by an employee who left the Company before the lapse of the restriction period applicable to such shares.
