Jostein Viken, Managing Director Acta Asset Management, has on the 18th of
August 2010 bought 64,000 shares in Acta Holding ASA at a price of 2.3 kroner
per share. After this transaction Viken owns and controls 608,326 shares in Acta
Holding ASA.
