Acta is granted permission to acquire Axir

On December 21st 2009 Acta informed the market about the company's acquisition
of the investment advisory services company Axir. The completion of the
transaction was dependent on approvals from both the Financial Supervisory
Authority of Norway and the Norwegian Competition Authority. Acta has now
received such approvals, and the transaction can be completed.
