Regarding the acquisition of H&P Fondförvaltning AB

We refer to the announcement on 15 August 2012 regarding Agasti Holding
ASA´s acquisition of the Swedish provider of savings- and investment
services H&P Fondförvaltning AB. The acquisition is subject to approval
from Finansinspektionen.

Finansinspektionen has now declined Agasti Holding´s application to
acquire H&P Fondförvaltning AB.

Agasti Holding ASA disagrees with the decision from Finansinspektionen
and will appeal the decision. An acquisition of H&P Fondförvaltning AB
is not essential for the development of our Swedish operations.
