Withdrawal of order for sale of shares in Agasti Holding

Reference is made to the stock exchange release dated
16 December 2013 regarding an order for sale of
shares in Agasti Holding ASA ("Agasti" or
the "Company") by an undisclosed financial investor.

Based on the feedback received in the bookbuilding,
the seller has decided to withdraw its order to sell
a minimum of 20,000,000 shares in the Company.
