Kvilesteinen AS, a company owned by Olav Skjervheim, member of the liquidation
board of Agasti Holding ASA, has on 20 October 2016 sold 100,000 shares in
Agasti Holding ASA at a price of NOK 0.17 per share. After this transaction,
Skjervheim owns and controls no shares in Agasti Holding ASA.
