Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements from Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") regarding a partially underwritten rights issue (the "Rights Issue"), whereby the Board of Directors following the end of the subscription period on 6 April 2018 resolved to issue 17,142,857 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 1.75 (the "Offer Shares").
Pactum Gamma AS, a company owned by Henning Astrup, a member of the nomination committee, has been allocated 138,420 Offer Shares. Following issuance of the Offer Shares, Pactum Gamma AS will hold 1,896,541 shares in the Company equaling 2.54% of the total outstanding shares in the Company after completion of the Rights Issue.
