Reference is made to the previous announcements by Hiddn Solutions ASA (the "Company") regarding the NOK 50 million private placement of 41,666,666 new shares in the Company in January 2020 (the “January Private Placement”) and NOK 30 million fully underwritten subsequent offering of 25,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering").
The share capital increases pertaining to the January Private Placement and the Subsequent Offering have now been registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 89,908,757 divided into 89,908,757 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00.
