Arribatec Solutions ASA: registration of new share capital

Reference is made to announcement by Arribatec Solutions ASA (the " Company") of 23 November 2020, concerning the issue of 42,855,000 new shares in a Subsequent Offering and Employee Offering.

The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of the Company is NOK 103,203,332.68 divided into 368,583,331 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
