Arribatec Solutions ASA: registration of new share capital
Reference is made to announcement by Arribatec Solutions ASA (the " Company") of 3 December 2020, concerning the issue of 50,000,000 new shares in a Private Placement.
The new share capital following the issue of the shares is now registered in the Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital of the Company is NOK 117,203,332.68 divided into 418,583,331 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.28.
