On 19 of March 2021, Per Ronny Stav Group, CEO of Arribatec Solutions ASA, has acquired 200 000 shares at NOK 1.913 per share in Arribatec Solutions ASA. The shares were acquired through his fully owned company Arriba Invest AS. Following the transaction, Stav controls directly or indirectly a total of 80.387.234 shares in Arribatec Solutions ASA.
