An extraordinary general meeting in Arribatec Solutions ASA (the "Company") will be held on 14 July 2021 at 10:00 CET at the offices of Arribatec Solutions ASA, Karl Johansgate 23b, 0159 Oslo.
Reference is made the to the announcement 11 June 2021, where Arribatec Solutions ASA announced the plan to merge the subsidiary Arribatec AS with the parent company. The merger is subject to the approval of the shareholders meeting and consequently the Company is now calling for this extraordinary general meeting to be held.
