Following a technical fulfillment of the Qalisoft transaction, Ole Jakob Kjølvik, Chief Operation Officer of Arribatec Group ASA, has through Kjølvik Invest AS, a company controlled by Mr.Kjølvik, on February 29, 2024, sold 29 399 shares in Arribatec Group ASA at an average price of NOK 3.9700 per share.
After this transaction, Mr.Kjølvik, directly and indirectly, controls 37 935 shares and 150 000 share options in the company. The primary insider transaction documentation is enclosed.
