Reference is made to the notice of an extraordinary general meeting (“EGM”) in Arribatec Group ASA to be held on 2 December 2024 at 10:00 am (CET). The launch of the rights issue is subject to approval of the EGM of the share capital reduction and the launch of the rights issue, expiry of the notice period for the share capital reduction and approval of a prospectus by the Norwegian FSA.
Further information including ISISN of the rights will be published in advance of launch of the rights issue and the issue of the rights, which is expected in Q1 2025.
