August Industrier AS, a company wholly owned by Member of the Board Henrik A. Christensen, has today acquired 1,000,000 shares in the company at a share price of NOK 0.619.
Following this transaction, August Industrier AS holds a total of 13,500,000 shares, representing approximately 2.80% of the shares and voting rights currently outstanding.
In addition, August Industrier AS holds 12,500,000 warrants, representing rights to acquire further shares equivalent to approximately 2.59% of the currently outstanding shares.
