The board of Arribatec Group ASA (the "Company") has approved the allocation of a maximum of 4,300,000 options linked to the Company's shares under an incentive scheme (the "Options") to members of the Company's executive management and key employees.
The Options are granted under the Arribatec Group ASA Long-Term Incentive Program. The program is designed to align the interests of the Company’s executive management and key positions with those of its shareholders by linking long-term incentives to performance and value creation.
The Options vest in three equal annual tranches over a three-year period, with a one-year cliff before the first vesting. Vested Options may be exercised in designated exercise periods as determined by the Board.
The following primary insiders have been granted Options:
- Ole Jakob Kjølvik, Interim CEO of the Company, was granted a maximum of 1,000,000 Options.
- Magnus Hofshagen, CFO of the Company, was granted a maximum of 500,000 Options.
- Tom Vandezande, EVP Business Services, was granted a maximum of 750,000 Options.
- Erik Sundet, EVP Cloud, was granted a maximum of 500,000 Options.
- Iselin Nordal, EVP EA&BPM, was granted a maximum of 500,000 Options.
