Sale of stock, Description		The placement agent received a cash commission fee equal to 7.5% of the gross proceeds. The offering was closed on March 14, 2018. The offering of the shares of the 2 million common stock is being made pursuant to the Company's effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-222098), which was originally filed with the SEC on December 15, 2017, and was declared effective by the SEC on February 16, 2018. The Company agreed in the purchase agreement that it would not issue any common stock for 60 calendar days following the closing of the offering and each of the Company's executive officers and directors have agreed to a lock-up period of 60 days from the date of the purchase agreement.
