Microsoft and Atea in joint corporation of selling Microsoft Online Suites to the Nordic Market

Microsoft has chosen Atea as BPOS/Office 365
Syndication Partner to deliver Microsoft Online
suites to the Nordic market. Atea is by this
agreement able to sell, invoice and deploy all
Microsoft Online suites and further ensure support
and hotline for users directly from Atea's 24/7
support center. With the agreement Atea is now able
to build the Microsoft Online suites together with
Atea's other cloud solutions such as IT services,
Unified Ccommunication, Video etc.

Atea will with this agreement be the first Microsoft
Large Account Reseller in the world who is able to
deliver and invoice Microsoft BPOS and Office 365
directly to the customers. The Syndication Program is
a business model designed for in-depth partnerships
between Microsoft and well-established businesses as
Atea, that will offer value added-services bundled
with Microsoft Online Services. The Syndication
Program enables Atea to bundle Microsoft-hosted
services for sale with Atea's existing offerings to
create high-value offerings for customers.

Atea and Microsoft Corporation have signed the
agreement and expect to launch the program to the
market in March first half of 2011.
