Atea to deliver Microsoft-related services to the Danish state


The Danish state has published a new two year (plus
additional 1+1 year) framework contract on Microsoft-
related services with five suppliers, out of which
Atea is chosen as number one. The contract has an
estimated total value over the four years period of
between MDKK 400-440 (MNOK 420-460). Atea estimates
the value of the framework contract on Atea's behalf
to MDKK 200 (MNOK 211) over the four years period.

The contract includes expert IT advice for
preliminary analysis, installation, maintenance etc
of Microsoft software on several platforms. Atea is
chosen as the number one supplier for giving the
overall best offer in the contract.

The contract is valid for two years and can be
renewed for two times of each one year - in total
four years.

The agreement will have effect from January 1st, 2011.
