Prepayment on property, plant and equipment	(7) Prepayment on property, plant and equipment As of September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, prepayment on property, plant and equipment consisted of $1,485,487 and $1,445,645, respectively, in respect of prepaid land use right prepayment made on October 26, 2012 for the entitlement of land use right for some 54,267 square meters of land located in our Xushui County, Baoding plant. The purchase is expected to be completed in year 2013.
