Restricted Cash	(3) Restricted Cash Restricted cash of $nil and $1,585,138 as of September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012, respectively, were presented for the cash deposited at the Bank of Hebei for purpose of securing the bank acceptance notes from the bank (see Note (11)). The restriction was lifted upon the maturity of the notes payable on June 18, 2013.
