Andre Skarbø, board member and primary insider, has on behalf of his children today acquired 7,000 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS at an average price per share of NOK 71.60.
Following the transaction, Andre Skarbø through his companies and his close associates holds a total of 719 479 shares in Atlantic Sapphire AS, corresponding to 1.0% of the outstanding shares and votes.
