On 22 October 2024, Pelham Long/Short Master Fund Ltd, had it’s long position in Atlantic Sapphire ASA (NO0013249896) reduced below the reportable threshold of 5%. The threshold was crossed as a result of issuance of new shares into the market.
Subsequently, Pelham Long/Short Master Fund Ltd holds a total shareholding in Atlantic Sapphire ASA of 332,047,374 shares which represents 4.63% of the shares outstanding and voting rights of Atlantic Sapphire ASA.
The shares and rights to shares are owned by the Pelham Long/Short Master Fund Ltd.
