Reference is made to the notice of the extraordinary general meeting in Atlantic Sapphire ASA (the "Company") published on 9 September 2025. Atlantic Sapphire ASA has today held an extraordinary general meeting digitally. All items proposed on the agenda were adopted, as referred to in the notice for the extraordinary general meeting published on 9 September 2025, except for item 10 which was withdrawn from the Board as announced in the stock exchange notice issued on 29 September 2025. Please find enclosed the minutes from the meeting in Norwegian and English.
