Departure of Directors or Certain Officers

On June 28, 2026, Mr. Philip Ling Yan Wong, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Concorde International Group Ltd. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation from the Board and as Co-CEO effective on the same date to concentrate his efforts on the management of the companies under YOOV Group Holding Limited (the “YOOV Group of Companies”).

Mr. Wong’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company, its management, the Board, or any committee of the Board on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.

The Company and Board thanks Mr. Wong for his service and will continue to work with him at the YOOV Group of Companies level.
