Amendment Description This Amendment No.1 on Form 10-K/A (“Amendment No. 1”) of Shuttle Pharmaceuticals Holdings, Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) amends our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, originally filed on March 21, 2024 (the “Form 10-K”), and is being amended in order to replace the Report of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm of B.F. Borgers CPA PC (“BF Borgers”), included in the Form 10-K, with the Report of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm from Forvis Mazars, LLP, included in this Amendment No.1, and to make certain other changes as described herein.
