Related Party On December 14, 2023 the Company approved the retention of Mary Ann Shallcross for compensation of $152,000, a bonus of $70,000 and the grant of an option to purchase 3,000 shares of Common Stock having a value of $30,000. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2024, the company paid compensation to Ms. Shallcross of $38,000 and $114,000, respectively.
