MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Austevoll Seafood ASA ("AUSS") has today purchased
additional 333,400 shares in Norway Pelagic ASA
("NPEL") at a price of NOK 15.50 per share. AUSS
hereafter owns a total of 13,248,611 shares in NPEL
representing 71,89% of the outstanding shares in NPEL.

AUSS is due to ownership represented on the Company's
Board of Directors, and thus considered a primary
insider of the Company pursuant to the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act section 4-2 (1).
