Acquisition of shares in Norway Pelagic ASA - information memorandum

Austevoll Seafood ASA has today published an
information memorandum in connection with the
acquisition of shares in Norway Pelagic ASA in
accordance with section 3.5 of Oslo Børs' continuing
obligations for stock exchange listed companies.
Reference is made to stock exchange notices on 6
February 2013 and to subsequent notices regarding
mandatory notification of trade in the Norway Pelagic
shares.
