ACQUSITION OF SHARES IN WELCON INVEST AS COMPLETED

Austevoll Seafood ASA (AUSS) announces that it has
completed the purchase of 50 per cent of the shares
in Welcon Invest AS (Welcon) from its other
shareholder Origin Enterprises Plc., and now owns all
of the shares in Welcon.
Further details of the transaction are set out in the
Stock Exchange announcement dated 4 July 2013.
