sold 12,735 shares in Austevoll Seafood ASA at a price
of NOK 71.00 per share. Subsequent to this
transaction Fagerbø AS holds 10,000 shares in
Austevoll Seafood ASA.
The proceeds of sale will be used to repayment of debt.
