At its meeting on 21 April 2017, the Board of Directors of
Austevoll Seafood ASA approved the final report and accounts
for 2016. Final accounts are in line with the preliminary
figures which were published on 21 February 2017, ref.
separate press release.
Shareholders' meeting is scheduled to Wednesday 24 May 2017
at Storebø.
Summoning, annual report and agenda with attachments will be
published through Oslo Børs and www.auss.no.
