Awilco Drilling PLC (AWDR) announces that on 4 April, 2014, Jan Børge Usland,
Commercial Advisor, has exercised 75,079 synthetic share options with a strike
price of NOK 29 and 18,545 synthetic shares in AWDR under the Synthetic Share
Option Plan at a price of NOK 128.95. The synthetic shares relates to dividend
adjustments on the synthetic share options. After the transaction, Jan Børge
Usland holds 12,166 synthetic shares.
