On 19 April 2018, funds managed by QVT Financial LP ("QVT") purchased and sold among themselves 836,116 shares in Awilco Drilling Plc ("Awilco Drilling") at a price of NOK 36.55 per share.
Following the aforementioned transactions, funds managed or otherwise deemed controlled by QVT hereafter (continue to) own a total of 4,087,044 shares in Awilco Drilling, or 8.58% of the registered share capital (the same total holdings as last disclosed). QVT's CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member of the board of directors of Awilco Drilling.
