Awilco Drilling PLC: Transfer of listing to Oslo Børs and publication of prospectus summary

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 29 August 2018 regarding
Awilco Drilling Plc (the "Company") being approved for listing on Oslo Børs as a
transfer from Oslo Axess and the stock exchange announcement on 3 September
2018 regarding the Company's first day of listing on Oslo Børs. The first day of
listing on Oslo Børs will be 4 September 2018.

In connection with the transfer of listing from Oslo Axess to Oslo Børs, the
Company has prepared a prospectus summary dated 3 September 2018 pursuant to
section 7-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Regulation (the "Prospectus
Summary"). The Prospectus Summary is attached hereto and is also available on
the Company's website www.awilcodrilling.com.
