Awilco Drilling PLC – Delisting from Oslo Børs

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Awilco Drilling PLC from trading on Oslo Børs and has made the following resolution: "The shares in Awilco Drilling PLC will be delisted from the Oslo Børs as of 16th of December 2022. The last day of trading will be 15th of December 2022”.
