Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
Awilco LNG ASA will be held at the Company's office in
Beddingen 8 Aker Brygge, 0250 Oslo, Norway on Tuesday 3
May, 2016 at 14.00 hrs.

Please find attached the notice of the Annual General
Meeting including attendance notice and form of proxy.

The notice of the Annual General Meeting and all the
ancillary documents including the annual report for the
