Awilco LNG ASA - Sale of WilGas and WilEnergy
Reference is made to press release no. 2 dated 18 August
2016. For clarification purposes, the gross sales price for
the two vessels WilEnergy and WilGas was USD 31.6 million.
The sale will contribute with a net positive cash effect of
MUSD 32.2 including bunkers and lubes settlement for Awilco
LNG.
