Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Awilco LNG ASA will be held on Friday 24 April at 10:00 hrs.
In accordance with temporary Norwegian regulations enacted on 27 March 2020 following the Covid-19 pandemic the Annual General Meeting will be held as a phone conference.
Please find attached the notice of the Annual General Meeting including attendance form, proxy form and advance voting form.
