On December 1, 2022, Fiducia AS, a company controlled by Jon Aksel Torgersen, sold in the open market 36,722 shares in Awilco LNG ASA at a price of NOK 8.90 per share. Following the aforementioned transactions Fiducia AS own a total of 476,916 shares in Awilco LNG ASA, or 0.36% of the registered share capital. Jon Aksel Torgersen is a member of the board of directors of Awilco LNG ASA.
