EPS Ventures Ltd. (“EPS”), a company wholly owned by Quantum Pacific Shipping Ltd, has on 2 November 2022 sold 66,184 shares in Awilco LNG ASA (ALNG) (the “Company”) and passed below the 5% threshold. Following the transaction, EPS owns 6,599,816 shares, equal to approximately 4.98% of the shares and votes in the Company. EPS does not own any other shares, voting rights, rights to shares or other financial instruments in the Company.
